About the Role

We’re hiring a General Manager of Finance & Operations — a high-agency builder who thrives at the intersection of finance, operations, and client service.

This isn’t a back-office role. It’s a leadership position with a clear path to running day-to-day operations and stepping into a CxO seat as the firm scales. You’ll work directly with the Founder (exited founder, VC-backed CEO, Wharton/McKinsey alum) in our Santa Monica office (hybrid, 1–3 days/week) to run and evolve the business, design smarter systems, and apply AI- and automation-driven solutions to redefine how a modern financial services firm operates.

In the near term, you’ll be hands-on with financial planning and analysis — creating models, building forecasts, and driving insights — while leading execution through our global team of contractors and partners.

If we continue serving founders the way we are today, you’ll be on track to manage 7-figures of free cash flow within 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership and Innovation

• Build, refine, and manage internal operations, including client onboarding, engagement management, billing, and reporting.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements, automations, and AI-driven solutions to create a modern, efficient financial services firm.
• Continuously seek ways to reduce friction, automate repetitive tasks, and elevate the client and internal team experience through smarter systems.

Financial Operations and Oversight

• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely client financial deliverables (financials, financial models, analysis), working closely with our service delivery team members.
• Own financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and building client-facing financial models.
